We curate your care packs from our studio in St Kilda, south of Melbourne's CBD.

We ship out twice per month during busier periods, and weekly on Mondays for the rest of the year.

Please allow additional time for courier and postal deliveries, due to unknown factors relating to covid restrictions.

Please note our couriers don't deliver to PO Boxes and some rural areas. You can find a full list of their listed remote areas here. If you live in one of these areas, we may still be able to arrange delivery via Aust Post Express, so just drop us a little email first and we'll help.

Sustainability

Our studio is powered by sustainable wind-farm energy courtesy of our energy suppliers, Powershop. We wrap your orders with tissue paper and send in (a) cellophane (plant-based) and compostable corn-starch mailers for small orders or  a recyclable cardboard mailer for care packs. Care pack mailers are printed with plant-based inks so can be recycled with other cardboard.

All deliveries are via 100% carbon-neutral courier.
